Le Requin is able to tag Redoutable as player's fleet NPC ships are not counted in tag calculation. In the Welcome to the Caribbean Part 3 update new mechanics were implemented to prevent intention greefing in battles. No violation of the rules is found during investigation. The case is closed. -
