  1. Greetings Admiral! Steam keys were not sent yet. Only keys for Xsolla game launcher were sent few months ago. Could you please clarify if you do not have access to the game launcher?

  3. Greetings Admiral! The workaround to fix this problem is to start the launcher and leave it for about 3-5 minutes, the "In-game" will be changed to "Play" after that.

Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R and type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts press enter afterwards A folder will appear, there are two files: Saved designs are saved in "mission_data.xml" Mission progress (and game settings) are saved in "settings.xml" However, transfer of these .xml files on a different PC is not supported, you can try to copy/paste the files but there is a risk to cause problems. If his game is not running after that, you can delete these files and they will be re-generated once you launch the game again.

  14. Greetings Captain. There was only two experience wipes in past, in 2017 and in june 2019, when the game was released from Early Access on Steam.
