  1. Greetings Admiral. Could you please be so kind and clarify if you meant that ship design is failed? If so, the current workaround is to restart the game. It is a rare known issue that will be fixed at a later stage.

  4. Captain, this is a known issue, please try this workaround: click on the flag and drag-and-drop (not by alt+click) it to ship's hold and then move it back to warehouse (again by drag and drop only). After that Owner and Nation fields should be fixed.

Admirals, if you want to make a clean reinstall of the game, you do not need any additional software to do so, here are the workarounds on how to remove all temporary files (once you uninstall the game) related to the game: 1) Close the game Press Win+R then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\LocalLow\Game Labs\ Right click on Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts folder and delete it 2) Close the game Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R and type cmd, press enter afterwards) type: regedit Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Game Labs\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts Right click on Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts folder and delete it Close regedit

    Greetings Captain. Sorry to hear about the losses but unfortunately we can only compensate losses caused by in-game bugs or issues on servers. Neither of your reports was caused by server issues or bugs.

  22. Greetings Admiral, Could you please clarify if you use Citrix workspace software? If so please try temporary disable Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in the system devices (you might need to activate it again once you are about to use Citrix) Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok Expand System devices tab and find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator Right click on it and select "Disable"
  23. Greetings Admiral. Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts is not yet available on Steam, it is only available through in-house launcher provided by Xsolla. Steam keys will be sent at a later stage. Unfortunately sometimes mails from Xsolla might be considered as spam and placed in spam/junk folder. In case you cannot find mails from Xsolla, please follow this guide:
