Captain, there were no issues on servers by the time of your report. It must be a temporary connection issue, also you forgot to send connection test report right after the issue.
Captain, based on your description it seems you experienced either system issue or connection issue.
Please try to verify integrity of game files in Steam (right click on Naval Action ->properties->local files tab)
Admiral, thank you very much for the detailed report, the issue will be addressed by the dev team accordingly to priority list.
Such detailed reports are always welcome as it helps a lot to find out the problem pretty fast
Captain, after investigation the case is dismissed due to mutual friendly fire. Your ship escaped this battle alive and you lost it in another battle with no friendly fire.
Also, make sure to verify integrity of game files in Steam
Another workaround would be to verify integrity of game files in Steam (right click on NA in Steam->properties->local files tab) and also the first workaround here: https://forum.game-labs.net/topic/19975-workaround-for-certain-ui-loading-problems-inlcuding-trader-tool/
Also, have you tried to reinstall the game?
You were reported by other players and from the context it was not clear to those who reported you that it was a joke.
If you want to make a joke, be sure other players around would get it and not report you.
Captain, please continue to report such cases via F11 right away the moment you noticed this problem - it will help us to reproduce the case and fix the problem
Greetings Captain, could you please clarify if you tried to update sound drivers or verify integrity of game files in Steam, or reinstall the game?
