Tommy Shelby was cleared from all accusations according to server logs (of course we expected it to happen) Kuthara was shot at by the Player Sirzechs for small damage to sails which affected Kuthara's exit timer. Players should avoid making direct accusations like this especially if they don't know all mechanics and how they work.

Дополнительно хотелось бы отметить что до патча 9.4 в бой не могло зайти больше чем 150% от вашей стороны по БР. Но вы настаивали что это глупо, спрашивая почему часть вашей группы должна стоять с наружи. Хотя это уменьшало зерг. Изменение было сделано ИМЕННО По вашим просьбам. Мы сделали как вы просили. На будущее было бы здорово если все предложения с вашей стороны будут продумываться на пару шагов вперед учитывая зерг. Также хотелось бы послушать ораторов на предмет увеличения роли скила а именно опишите как вы видите выигрывание боя 5 на 10 на скиле? -

По команде был исправлен баг который не давал штрафы даже если команда падала до одного человека если вы не свитчили crew focus. Было добавлено правильное линейное падение. Но это будет доработано в будущем. Кривая будет не линейная как по парусам, реям так и по пушкам. Также в голосовании по приоритетам в топе голосов находится улучшение команды и офицеров которое в будущем привяжет команду к ролям и таскам. -

Maturin data is incorrect. He says unity knots (nautical miles per hour are faster) but Grid is abstract Time is abstract Speed is abstract Because there is theory of relativity and all dimensions are abstract there is no way to proof that his assumption is correct For example. What if it is NOT speeds are 150% faster, but time is 50% faster and speed is normal? Or maybe .. what if time is 100% faster and speed is actually 50% slower? Or what if grid is 50% smaller?? Or its 100 bigger but time is faster and knots are slower? Or maybe knots are real but grid is so big that time has to be even faster? Or what if its even more puzzling and unity fisheye lense making objects look smaller or bigger? Maturin statement is somewhat incorrect and better be taken down from his signature (unlike mast 10 shot statement) because it can confuse others. He cannot proof that it is the speed 50 % faster and not the time, or grid, or lense or relative everything As we said before.. because its the game we have to balance on feel. if it feels like 15 knots it should be called 15 knots. No other way, because it relates to you screen and the unity grid and the abstract time. If it does not feel proper it should be lowered -
Increased Exp for leaving protected areas

Its all those damn missions We implemented them to solve potential bot crisis (no NPC) and to provide honor kills opportunities. Before them you had to actually sail around and find enemies. But the downtime was huge sometimes. You could sail for 2 hours and see NOBODY. ps its good you like risk.. -
Tommy. US players did not let pirates place the flag by constant tagging and suicide sinking/running. And as Krists said you used cutters (and npcs) to pull pirates into instance. So why do you think it should not work both ways? If all parties want to resolve the rule set they should stop blaming and name calling and focus on the ruleset ONLY. or this topic will be locked Focus on how it should work and what should be allowed and what not. preferably in a structured format 1. 2 3.

Long range hit does not mean long range damage It is a common complaint that sometimes gave an impression that enemy exited even if it was hit at the last second - it happened due to non - penetrating hits or ricochets. If you hit you may see a hit particle but it does not mean you did damage. If you upload the video it would be great to see what happened. Also in the future please report such cases by F11 right from the battle. But based on your description we believe that you saw non-penetrating hits - as such tribunals or questions happened before. Regarding the in game chat questions on whether he (tommy shelby) Alt f4. Ship stays in battle if you alt-f4. There was a rare bug before that allowed you to lottery your durability and not lose it in some cases (but your ship still stayed in battle). It is fixed now

Don't understand what it means we know people want to build their own nation (poland russia and some others definitely would do it if they had a chance) We i think mentioned it some time before that we were and are not against such potential in the sandbox game. For example if a guild captures a big number of ports and keeps them for some time they can buy a revolution charter and form their own nation (from the historical list). That's how we originally planned to allow USA creation. (in the early OW tests there were no USA) -

why everybody wants to limit pirates so much? Capture their ports keeping them only to Mortimer town and they are done without iron or gold. Unless you cant then of course pirates will grow very powerful and build their own country. Perhaps Poland or Glorious Republic of Kazachrstan -
price on Steam during EA will be 40 dollars or higher. we have never said otherwise. Yacht sales will be disbanded. Chapman's beauty will only belong to those who supported us in the early (dark) times. Steam cut does not have to do with anything as it is like death or taxes.

The most fun is in PvP Missions were added to provide the opportunity to fight with bots when open map was cleared by someone else. Once you learned the ropes bots are going to be boring as hell, unless you are trying to do some heroic feats like trying to sink a frigate in a yacht.

the goal for early access for all games is to answer unanswered questions. UI / Manuals is not an unanswered question - they have to be done and the only reason they are not done is any additional content might require complete rewrite/rework of UI or/and manuals.

Did you by any chance move to PVE server? Only rank is saved between the servers. -
You cant become anyone on the PvE server as you can't attack anyone. Green on green damage (teamkilling) will eventually force full account reset on both servers. But as far as I know friendly damage is off on PVE.
