    Greetings Admiral, do you mean you still use the launcher version? Please make sure to check your email that you specified on purchase, there should be a mail from Xsolla with the Steam key. Make sure to check spam/junk folders as well. If you can't find your Steam key there, please send me a mail on ink@navalaction.com from the email address that was used to purchase the game. Here is guide on how to install and use Steam

Make sure there is no Naval Action folder remaining in Steam\steamapps\common\ folder (shift-delete Naval Action folder otherwise) 3.   6. Admirals, This is a known issue that we plan to address in upcoming patches. Before that we advice to wait without clicking buttons being in the loading screen. It will load eventually, on average it can take max. 10-12 minutes.

Refunds are handled by Xsolla, you can contact them either by 24/7 live chat available at help.xsolla.com or email support@xsolla.com but first lets try to solve your problem, please clarify the following: 1) Are you running the game via Steam or a separate launcher provided by Xsolla (if you can't find your Steam key, please contact me on ink@navalaction.com from the email that was used to purchase the game). 2 What are your PC specs?
