  15. Captain, you can hunt traders in Open World and loot goods, and then carry the goods to consumption ports and sell the goods for profit, or re-sell goods (that were sold by other players) from ports that does not consume such goods to consumption ports.

There is a list of ports required for the game: 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600(ports for battle instances if you experience constant timeout) Please make sure these are available for Naval Action. Most likely firewall/antivirus blocks some of these ports P.S.: Please continue this topic on Steam support forums: https://steamcommunity.com/app/311310/discussions/2/ as support for Naval Action was moved there.
