Please try to completely reinstall it: Uninstall it and make sure no temporary files remained here: Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\ delete the folder Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts if it is there If the problem still there, please follow this instruction: Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 21.05.21.txt) Please copy the latest log file and this screenshot, then contact Xsolla support team via live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue in details and attach both files. Keep us updated on the problem, hope it will be resolved soon.

If so please try to temporary disable Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in the system devices (you might need to activate it again once you are about to use Citrix) Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok Expand System devices tab and find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator Right click on it and select "Disable"

Most likely on the new PC you created another account and login name and tried to activated already redeemed key. You have to use your previous login (email address) to authorize in the launcher and continue to play the game. If you don't remember a password, there is a forget password? button in the launcher. You can also try to contact Xsolla 24/7 live chat support available at help.xsolla.com

If you are deadly stuck in shallows, please use the tow option - there should be a rope icon next (left) to the Fishing icon - it will teleport you to a nearest deep water port. If there is no icon, it means there is a way out of shallows, try to turn in all directions to find the path.

As the first workaround please try this: close the game open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R and type cmd, press enter afterwards) type: regedit go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Game Labs\UA:Age of Sail right click on the folder "UA:Age of Sail" and delete it close regedit Please let us know if the problem persists

There could be temporary issues on the Xsolla side unfortunately but it is fixed in a short amount of time in most cases. P.S.: On a dine note regarding Age of Sail - if you did not activate the game on Steam yet - you can now play the game through Steam and just uninstall Xsolla launcher for Age of Sail. The key had to be sent on your email address
