  13. Admiral, have you tried to reinstall video card drivers?
  14. Greetings Admiral. This is not a bug but a rather minor UI issue, in order to win you have to complete one of these three conditions, not all of them. The current UI is a work in progress, it is going to be improved
  15. Admiral, I'm afraid the GPU might be way too low, but you can try to test the game within 2 hours and ask for refund if it is unplayable for you

Потери игрокам компенсируем по репортам. Также планируется компенсация за неудобства всем игрокам,которые пострадали от этой проблемы.

    Greetings Captain. The username is an email address, there is an option to restore the password, you might use it with some of your email and check if that works. Or you can contact Xsolla support via this guide: Hope the problem will be solved soon!
