When buying the game via our website (through Xsolla) you get two keys, a key for immediate access via in-house launcher and a future Steam key, that will be sent as soon as the game is available there. Last year we did provide immediate access keys to players who preordered the game for Steam release. So, you are not missing anything at the moment - the Steam key is not available yet.

Admiral, if you are sure the game launcher is not blocked, please try this workaround: open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 12.04.21.txt) Please copy the latest log file and a screenshot with the problem, then contact Xsolla support team via 24/7 live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue in details and attach both files.

  8. Greetings Admiral. Could you please clarify if you tried to activate it on Steam? As the key has to be activated within the launcher provided by Xsolla. If you tried to activate it in the launcher and it did not work, have you tried to copy and paste it by CTRL+C -> CTRL+V ? if you are missing the link to download the launcher, please contact me on ink@navalaction.com from email address that was used to purchase the game.

Do you mean you tried to launch the game from Launcher provided by Xsolla and you did not yet activated the Steam key?   14. Please do the following: Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok Expand System devices tab and try to find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator - is it there?

  17. Xsolla reported they have fixed the problems by the time of your message, Apologies for the inconvenience! is the problem still there? Please provide full details, and if you can, also upload some screenshots with the problem on services like imgur.com (to let us understand the problem better): 1)You installed the launcher; 2)Redeemed the key; 3)Installed the game; 4)Whenever you try to start the game by clicking on the Play button it crashes (?)   18. Greetings Captain,The game was released from Early Access in June 2019, there was a final wipe (there won't be wipes in future).You can try to complete Exams and gain Master and Commander rank and some ships as a head start. Tutorial is available in a port (via ESC menu).
