Exactly the point. It was NEVER stated that invites were instant. Check FB, check pre-order page, check google cache or archive.org. We even posted multiple messages that invites are going to be done in batches on FB and here. You are just making up the problem and frustrate yourself for no reason. But again.. thanks for support and trust in the product. Next batch of invites to alpha will be sent out this weekend again, starting friday.

Hi.. not sure why you are calling us not honest. We have stated multiple times that invites will be sent in batches. It is upsetting sometimes to wait but we can't move faster than we are moving. On the positive side you will get a bit better experience than the first batch.

Support is not immediate.. it takes time to find your transaction and reconcile. If your paypal email does not work it is not our problem, but we will help you if we find your transaction. It takes time to find your transaction.. again because we are not configured to handle paypal email problems.

When sending missing key request to support please include this information transaction id name on paypal account full address and email used for paypal purchase alternate email contact - some email providers have very severe filters (hotmail in particular) and just cut off our communication.

Hello Captains.. We are sending Steam Keys in batches every Friday. If you bought the key before 18 PM Kiev time on friday you will get the key within 1-2 days. If you bought after 18 pm kiev time you will get the key NEXT friday. there are 3 reasons for missing keys 1) key got into spam folder (check it first) 2) your provider declined our email (considers its spam) and you have to contact our support (at) navalaction.com 3) you used a e-check or other non-instant payment and your payment is still processing (and will be delivered next week on Friday) In all three cases don't hesitate to contact us for support. If you have not received your key please contact us using support (at) navalaction.com forwarding information listed below. Hotmail emails are affected the most (for unknown reason). p.s.we must add the usual statement - that this is an alpha sea trial. there is no content except for ships and combat.
