  1. They will, in the future ( IIRC they will be sold ). Let's finish the testing.
  2. They can. They simple have to forfeit France and join GB. It is a clan decision.
  3. Take it on the "historical" side of things. Example: France, with multiple corsair organizations during the royal period and the revolutionary/napolenics. Each armateur and corsairs had their own plans. That's what we have. A nation with multiple clans. Each clan can have its own agenda, with more or less love for the king and country. Don't reinvent the wheel.
  4. Prussia is, for me, what pyracy republics should be. No capital. No zones. Just crews holding a spot here, a spot there and living of the land. That's all that mattered on my personal option to chose a Impossible PvP nation. Obviously when a nation gets overpopulated it kind of ceases to be... hard mode.
  5. Stacking of multiples of the same type can be an issue. I suggested a while ago specific slots for type of refit/tweak.
  6. The importance of the first broadside... The morale of a crew mounting on previous successes, on the way to the "historical" confrontation... The luck aiding the bold and the timely catastrophic events aboard enemy ships...
  7. Raise high the black flags, children. No pity. No prisoners. I'll shoot any man I see with pity in him. - Waterloo movie, 1970 -
  8. Would take this as a given. But have come across many situations where there's confused interpretations. Simply a heads up so there's a clear understanding of what "press SAIL button" means.
  9. Thank you. I take all players are informed correctly, by clan email or nation chat, of that specific "war" definition so there's no misunderstandings in the OW
  10. I think it is important to say that all nations are at war with with each other, as per mechanics, meaning any captains that press SAIL button should expect to be attacked at any given time by anyone. Local cooperation may apply but is never a guarantee. This being said what does WAR means ?
  11. ...loosely meaning miles away from target... actually the mark was the complete opposite way But it is the 18th century and the young USA is nothing like the monarchic powers of europe Lead by example, not by force and your nation will be strong. NA in a nutshell.
  12. You are sorely confused good sir. That's not the correct analogy. That's anathema. An absurd to even "define" democracy as such.
  13. It is possible. Simply do not sell anything that fills their contracts / put up contracts that overlap theirs, etc.
  14. I'd first embargo their contracts before anything else. Also contract a foreign power to intervene. That part of social aspect is also content.
  15. How can "code" interpret human intentions ? It doesn't.
  16. What are the game design suggestions ? Thanks.
  17. It is a odd conclusion. An outpost in a enemy nation port is meaningless as no one can teleport or tow. At best is a repair haven. But, fair points. What is your suggestion specifics for it ? Remember that conquest now is nation-clan driven and ports are open to all the nation but ruled over by a clan ( forget old conquest form ).
  18. Maybe the owners are looking more to a profitable outcome of the port ? Really hard to pay maintenance without income.
  19. Euro-Trader will fill in contract in Production port. Please confirm you are placing the contract on a port that produces cotton.
  20. No zones = more building materials being hauled. Zone = no one sees the materials being hauled because no one will trade raid. There's enough hauling of all resources and materials. Also, multiplayer collaboration builds more ships than not. Carfting Materials for Combat Marks = Ship Building Permits, Furnishings, and some others are already in game.
