A letter to the King - Latest Episode (Hiatus)
Christendom replied to Jeheil's topic in National news
Why would he say anything? He said nothing about the multiple 10am flips on the US? Who cares. -

Broken screening or fixed screening as long as the log off option is available your side will use it. Only one side uses this method. Your side benefits from broken screening as does ours. Off limit regions is stupid. You want our side to give up our biggest advantage, you need to sacrifice as well. Delaying your attacks is not equal to the US not attacking 5 days a week at night. We need more. No night flips = No morning flips and logging off. You guys want to fix this game? Put your money where your mouth is.

Now I agree with both of you. Restricting US playing times is not something that would be ideal. We are however in a difficult position of seeing this game pretty much disintegrate before our eyes. We might have to accept the possibility of playing 0% of the time on the server want or even the game at all, if we still continue to see the community flounder. While night flips are not the ONLY problem, we can't ignore that it currently is one. Just like early day flips and log outs at the port are equally frustrating to our side. I'm willing to put some sort of agreement to the test if that is what it takes. I would suggest all parties accept short term discomfort vs long term pain. We will of course need to discuss internally.

Why wouldn't it be on national news? Nations discussing possible agreements would fall under such right?

Proposals are made nation to nation. It's then discussed internally amongst the clans. Diplos should not be going to other nations on a clan by clan basis

Strictly US side. Even then our clans would need to vote. This of course would need to be discussed internally within all the nations. I do know the Brits and Dane are of similar opinions about the early attacks and logging off outside the swords. This would need to be all or nothing. Enforcement is difficult. Impossible even. Best thing we can do is say clans xyz won't show up to battles triggered outside the designated times. Rogue clans and persons will unfortunately happen. Ports would not be returned. Castries was attacked early and outside proposed times. Care to give it up? Last time we opened up negotiations it turned into the Keirrip whines about night flips for an hour show and everyone else didn't have much input or accomplish anything.

That of course would need to be discussed internally on both sides, but something in that ballpark yes. ALL nations would need to agree to this and stopping the logout in front of ports would also need to be part of the deal.

Have we been crying? I don't think I've seen any threads complaining about these early daytime flips started by US players. Or logging off under the swords for that matter. Good to see you back on redii, I thought you quit. I wouldn't really say "switch alliances" is really trying, but ok. Agree to our terms or nothing can be done isn't really a negotiation or a compromise. I'll reiterate the US position to make it crystal clear how all this malarky can end. It's pretty much been the same for a while now. The US/Brit prime time crew will continue to actively seek PBs in our time zone (also known as night flips) until the following conditions are met ~ - The Eastern Alliance stops logging out under the swords in front of PBs. Sail to the port fairly like we do. - The Eastern Alliance stops their morning flip campaign of PBs that are outside of both the US AND EU prime times. 1400, 1500, 1600. You've taken multiple ports this way recently against some undefeated and barely rag tag defended ports. This is the same as night flipping.

Player Joining and Leaving PB - 3/12 Islamorada
Christendom replied to Christendom's topic in Tribunal - Трибунал
Do we have an update on this? Or a simple under investigation would suffice. -
I haven't actually seen a US player post in this thread in a couple of days. But I guess to throw my hat in the ring I'll make a couple grandiose statements. I will patiently await a response. PS Trump thing was a joke.

A letter to the King - Latest Episode (Hiatus)
Christendom replied to Jeheil's topic in National news
Your finger pointing sure does seem to be directed at Jeheil. But let's address some of the special snowflake complainers in this thread. Jeheil owes you nothing. He does this as a hobby. He strives to be as accurate and unbiased as possible, but as a player of the game and not just a correspondent he will of course naturally be biased towards one side or another on some things. Again, he owes you nothing. He's not paid to do these videos. He's not an official game labs promoter or caster. Just some guy making videos about a game he cares about. Dupegate is too sensitive of a matter to be featured.....what? It was a major event that potentially could have influenced battles REGARDLESS OF WHICH SIDE for months. How could this not be in the video? Does this upset some people? Well people duping mods should. His comments in the video pretty much say cmon guys we're better than this, report it to the devs...blah blah. SO controversial. It really grinds my gears that this guy has been making videos for almost a year now (51...) on his own to benefit the community and does a pretty bang up job while doing it with no real compensation to speak of.....and some snow flakes get upset because of a stance he takes but doesn't actually take in his video. Piss off whiners. Go make your own videos. Keep up the good work Jeheil.- 416 replies

All I heard was "one nation", no accusations being throw out. -
#1 - no proof found. #2 - Hugh is definitely not an alt. no proof found #3 - use of game mechanics #4 - PVP2? #5 - That guy openly stole medkits from Vodka. #6 - Not an exploit. This does sound like a post full of accusations though. We should report it. C'mon Deltonos, you're better than this.

The US did not attack Santa Fe last night. The US has never had a full fleet log off under the swords to my recollection. Nope.

And as I type this Dane players are logging out infront of Remedios, taking advantage of game mechanics that were supposed to be fixed in this current patch. Somehow they miraculously were not. How fortuitous. Imagine if Nelson could of logged off in position before all his battles But yea, night flips are ruining this game. What a crock of shit.

How exactly is this our fault? Only one of those PBs is a US one. And that is a port that was taken by the other side at 10 or 11am. And not even a swede port.... In the past couple of weeks outside US primetime we have had........ Cumana, Morgan's Bluff multiple times, Wilmington (no show), Islamorada, Ays, Nassau, Little Harbor, Puerto Plata multiple times...not to mention some brit and dutch ports. None of us are quitting. Boohooo and surely Rediii isn't attributing the dupe exploit to the US nation. I think we were the last ones to find out.

Certainly not. But it fits my narrative. Since everyone is making the case that each other has been duping for months I needed to make mine. Comprende?
-
One could also argue that the French threw an inexhaustible amount of first rate ships at Castries multiple times a week losing multiple 1st rates each time. That's a lot a notes to replace all without a silver port. Maybe the Brits should be accusing you. The Dane/Rus fleet has also been accused of using such tactics and they took Castries back for you. Care to give it back should that win not prove to be legit? im not saying this is the case...but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth too.

It sucks that in every single PB attack one side uses the log off tactic that was supposed to of been fixed, but mysteriously wasn't. It sucks that about 1/4 of our defensive battles there always seems to be something happening that benefits one side of the alliances over the other. 26 in the port battle. Mysterious alts joining. 1st rates in 4th rate battles. Battles randomly closing. It sure is strange how they benefit one side significantly over the other. The only duped gold mods I saw in Trinidad could very well of been the Spanish player in the ocean who had full gold boarding mods in a 1st rate. First time I've experienced someone in gold marines in a 1st rate before. Curious it was right after the dupe video was released. I only had blue marines ? Need I continue or are we going to just throw out more baseless accusations? The tele cutter duel thing has been in the game for months. I've seen eastern alliance players in there well before this week.

Looks like we had a player join and leave Islamorada in a Cerb AGAIN in one of the Western Alliance battles. Gregori - First Lt. A good Russian name. Now I guess we can't come out and falsely accuse this player of being an alt with the recent rule changes, but if the shoe fits right? Can we please get an investigation into this and see some results this time? The new players/random players/alts...whatever that keep only joining one alliance groups battles repeatedly is starting to get very tiresome. Player did not respond in chat and was not on TS. For reference this was also another glitched battle where 1 side was able to get in 26 players and our side only 24.
