  5. When in shallows and tow does not appear it means there are options to move the ship from shallows. Could you please clarify if the problem is still there?
  6. Unfortunately there is no F11 report from you. Do you have a screenshot during the freeze? It looks like connection issues taking into consideration you had lag spikes prior to the issue

(the game itself is up to date in Xsolla launcher) There should be mail from Xsolla with the Steam Key, please make sure to check junk/spam folder.   25. Судя по логам и графикам, оба сервера были стабильными на момент вашего сообщения и проблем не испытывали. Скорее всего, у Вас были временные проблемы с соединением.
