  4. Admiral, the issue is seems to be a very local as we have not recieved yet other reports with the same problem in UA:Dreadnoughts. We will monitor the issue but it looks like somewhat related to your parcticular PC at this stage

Please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients), disable antivirus, turn off k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters Veuillez vérifier que le routeur / logiciel ne bloque pas les ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 pour le jeu, désactivez également tous les programmes qui utilisent fortement Internet (comme les programmes torrent, les clients Netflix), désactivez antivirus, désactivez le filtre de protection Web k9 ou similaire à celui des filtres

As soon as the game is available on Steam Early Access you’ll be able to purchase the game there
  17. Captain, judging from the video and the fact you could not complete connection test report there were some connection issues between the server and you. According to our logs server didn't experience any issue by that time. A workaround to find out the reason would be to try the game with a temporary turned off firewall/antivirus but most likely there were temporary connection issues on 3rd side ISPs
