  4. Captain, please, tell the steam name to find the report since there are many reports about client.exe and it is hard to say which is yours (there are no reports matched your forum name), or, provide PC specs, CPU, GPU and OS (32/64 bits).

    As it has already been said, the problem is not in reimbursements itself - we will gladly recover the items if it was our fault. The problem is potential for abuse and a lot of manual work to do so - which slows the development during early access. We are in the process to figure out the official position and efficient process to do so. Please hold on.

  15. The current workaround is to close the counter before dock or enter the instance
  16. If reinstall didn't help, please, try to set Compatibility with Windows 7 on the both client.exe and client_,exe files (here \SteamApps\common\Naval Action), as it is the general workaround for those visual bugs. Another workaround is to turn CrossfireX off, but it is not your case

  18. Captain, please, run connection test report, the 4-th option in the Steam Launcher, also, did you install on your PC any new software like firewalls, antiviruses etc.? There were cases when reinstalling the game and updating GPU drives solved the issue. Also, there is another workaround for the issue:

    Account Reset

    one time account experience wipe is possible, please, provide character name by the ingame mail system to character Ink. Go to friendlist, click on "Find" tab and find my character there, right click and "Mail". Please, remember, that if you change your mind after a while, it will not be possible to recover it back.
  24. You need to check what GPU will not be bottlenecked by your CPU, probably a card like r7 360 or GTX 750 TI
