Could you please check your connection? it looks like you got something that blocks your traffic, did you install any software like antivirus/firewall or web protection filters like K9 Web Protection ? Please, make sure to re-check the general workaround for connection issues:

What are your PC specs? there are some tips, 1) try to turn sli / crossfirex off 2) try to set Compatibility with Windows 7 on the both client.exe and client_,exe files (here \SteamApps\common\Naval Action)

Captains, there are some issues with PVP 1 server which are being resolved at the moment. more info here

UPDATE: The hardware provider issue has been resolved, PvP 3 EU Mirror server is accepting connections now and you can join the server to play. However, there are still some issues with PvP One EU remain, The server is expected to be open by the end time of daily maintenance (1 -2 hours), same ETA for the locked characters to be unlocked. Sorry for inconvience

Captain, at the moment network connection to PvP One EU and PvP 3 EU Mirror is mostly unavailable due to hardware provider issues. Problem will be solved as soon as possible. Sorry for inconvience

Your specs match the minimum System Requirements but be ready to play on low-med custom settings and around 15-20 fps. Make sure to turn anti aliasing off to boost fps.

Captains, who experience: Accounts, that had been on EU servers by the time servers are crashed, are temporarily locked due to save the character progression to the master database. As soon as the issue is solved, accounts should be unlocked automatically In case any character keep locked state after servers are back, it will be recovered manualy
