    Ships report letter

    Thanks for the report, Captain. The issue about double or triple monitor usage is a known one, it will be solved according to priority list, since there are more important issues to be resolved first

Please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients), disable antivirus, turn off k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters, also, you can try to put your router into DMZ mode If this won't help, please send report through Steam Launch option "Report Connection Test" and post report name here (it will look like NAS-XXXX) P.S.: You do not need to turn completly off your firewall and antivirus and other programs like that, if the issue is about them, you then need to make settings that allow you to play NA, how to change settings is usually desribed in program's help sections.

    Video issue

    The general workaround for such issues is to set Compatibility with Windows 7 on the both client.exe and client_,exe files (here \SteamApps\common\Naval Action) or turn CrossfireX/Sli features off. Please, provide the PC specs Leviathan mentioned

  7. Captains, please, use report function in the game instead of creating a thread about toxic chat in the tribunal. It is much easier to do and check for both of you and developers. Please, leave the tribunal for mechanic abuse issues.

  11. There are [ and ] buttons binded to fire a broadside right away, probably you hit it accidentally? Have you also revamped standart button bindings? If the answer on both questions is no (also, check Bungee's questions), then please, send the bug report through F11 button once the issue happens next time

Captain, thank you for the reports, were there any situations before it happened like you were engaging someone but in the last seconds of instance counter remind the intention and sail away from the attacking circle / docked to a port? This is know issue and most likely is going to be fixed in the next big patch. Regarding durability loss, as it has already been said here on the forums, the problem is not in reimbursements itself - we will gladly recover the items if it was our fault. The problem is potential for abuse and a lot of manual work to do so - which slows the development during early access. We are in the process to figure out the official position and efficient process to do so. Please hold on.
  13. Are you playing in windowed mode? Probably, enter fullscreen mode and then back to windowed mode might fix the issue

    US PVP2 DOWN

    There were some short issues on provider side which already has been resolved
  18. The issue might be in antivirus/firewall and stuff like settigns as well, could you try to check the general workaround for connection issues: Also, the general workaround for the issue is to relogin to Steam (or reload it)

    Multiple crashes

    Crash Report send useful information in logs, so always send crash report too. Please, next time you experience the crash, do both connection test and crash reports right away it happens
  20. Captain, it is a 7 day chat ban due to multiply reports of unacceptable chat abuse.

  23. Captain, it could also be an ISP temporary connection issue (packet loss and such). Please, next time you experience the issue, send not only bug report but also run connection test report, the 4-th option in Steam Launcher.

    Item vanishes

    Thanks for the feedback, Captain. It will be fixed, the current workaround is to trade items directly.
