  1. Please, try to check the temperature of GPU right after the crash happens with a program like GPU-Z. In case it is too high, try to lower the graphic settings and/or turn on FPS limit on
  2. 32 bit OS is barely supported, you could run the second option in Steam Launcher ("Play Naval Action x86") to be able to play NA with 32-bit OS, but still 64-bit OS is suggested to use
  3. It seems GMA HD Graphics on Intel® Core™ i5 CPU M 480 does not support DirectX 11 and shader model 5 features (it still can use directx11 but has no inbuilt support of dx11 and shader model 5)
  4. Did you try to delete GPU drivers and install the latest ones? Also, reinstalling the game?
  5. Greetings, Captain, One time account experience wipe is possible, please, provide character name by the ingame mail system to character Ink. Go to friendlist, click on "Find" tab and find my character there, right click and "Mail". Please, remember, that if you change your mind after a while, it will not be possible to recover it back.

    Steam cloud was never considered at this stage but we will add it to the dev question list to consider. its seems like a good idea

    Huge FPS drop

    Please check the Graphics options in the game: Battle FPS and Open World FPS, there might be a 30 FPS limit in your settings

    NOOB NEEDS HELP

    Captain, please, as it has been said above, do the following: Start -> Run (windows + R shortcut) -> type in: "dxdiag" -> Press ok and continue. Then hit on "Save all information" and once it offer to save the txt file, save it on your PC, then open it and copy from: "System Information" to "Sound Devices" strings and paste it to me in private message or here in the thread. Another way is to tell me your Steam name so I will try to find any info about you in the bug reporter, but this is no 100% guarantee there will be any reports from you. This is needed to help you solve the issue, since you may run PC without DirectX 11 and shader model 5 GPU. Please, provide the information

  16. Could you check if lowering video settings fixes the issue? Also, connection test report (4-th option in Steam Launcher) could be useful too.

  18. Captain, I'm very sorry to hear about you loss:( The problem is not in reimbursements itself - we will gladly recover the items if it was our fault. The problem is potential for abuse and a lot of manual work to do so - which slows the development during early access. We are in the process to figure out the official position and efficient process to do so. Please hold on.

  20. Captain, unfortunately, at the moment there is no ETA about finalization of UI, there are some core features yet to be implemented
