Once you activated the key its yours forever - it is in your library, unless you activated it on your friend account on your computer. Sometimes Steam has glitches with Auth service and you have to click multiple times to login (we use steam auth services). Please just wait and try again a bit later. If this does not help. write to support@navalaction.com and send us your logs by using navalactioncrashsender.exe located in the game folder. its a good idea for another game in the future. Naval Action focuses on Leutenants, Captains, Commodores, Master and Commanders and above. From our experience it is hard to get a good group consistently.

We will send the keys that we have to all buyers (based on time of purchase) but most likely many of you who bought today will miss the key. (we will send an email to everyone explaining that) We thought we have enough keys to run for a week until we receive a new pack of keys from Valve. But seems we underestimated the demand many times. So we ordered a new set but due to Valve it could take some time.

Hello New Captains Advanced warning. Due to completely unexpected demand for an alpha we have sold out all keys that have been allocated to us by Steam. We are waiting for the new pack to be approved by Valve it might take some time (usually from 2 to 5 days). Thank you captains for the patience.. but feel free to show your frustration in this topic. Video card: Game requires a video card with full DX11 and Shader Model 5 support with at least 1GB of video memory. nVidia gtx 460 and higher or AMD Radeon HD 6450 and higher are required. nVidia gtx 660 and higher or AMD Radeon R9 270 and higher are recommended. Intel GPU is supported from Intel Iris 5200 and higher but not recommended due low visual quality and performance.

Also. If you have used e-check system to buy the game - this takes longer to process. Usually up to a week. Thus you bought the game using e-check through Paypal, your key will come a week later on average.

most likely it is a unity related issue. We are able to take 4x screens in the office on a very powerful machine.. the rest of computers just hangs.

Well the only footage available is player made.. that could be the main reason. This will happen more and more often I believe. If you contact them and ask them to put your name into credits in many cases they will do it. If not we have to make a video pack with proper credits for press it will solve the problem. I know you guys will help us do it.
