currently you have to pay 1 timer (250 000 reals/day) to protect 3+ satellite ports. regarding your suggestion those "small" nations would need to pay for each port generating even more pressure on this "small" playerbase to pay 3*250k + 250k each day. A far better way would be to reduce the need to have 1st rate monofleet to actual be able to participate in RvR. I might remember that regarding the shotweight dmg model update it was said that first rates will be king of the seas and therefore hard to get. current situation doesnt look like that.
