Captain, according to the logs there were mutual friendly fire (green on green). Mutual friendly fire should be handled by captains themselves. Not tribunal worthy

The key and link to download the launcher have to be sent by Xsolla on your email that was used to purchase the game (Steam key will be sent later once the game is available on Steam Early Access). Some providers consider emails from Xsolla as spam though so some users might exeperience issues and those issues are resolved via forum private messages.
Could you please clarify if you got the download link and everything is ok now or you are still missing some information to start playing?
