  9. Greetings, With the Determined Defender perk on you can be boarded only if the initiator has more crew than you. According to the screenshot your opponent had more crew than you.

  14. This is a UI bug, according to the logs there were 9 players + 1 fleet NPC ship in this Hostility Order. The bug will be fixed within one of the next patches. Thank you for the report.
  15. Greetings Captain. During a boarding action you can fire broadside by [ and ] default buttons. Caused damage depends on various factors like state of the hull and cannon types. For example, carronades with grape shot might cause significant crew casaulties on damaged hull. Based on the screenshot there are no strange or cheating facts.

Just in case, here is the workaround how to keep Citrix installed and still be able to play the game: The workaround is to try temporary disable Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in the system devices (you might need to activate it again once you are about to use Citrix): Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok Expand System devices tab and find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator Right click on it and select "Disable"

  24. Nice to hear the problem is solved! The problem is some email domains consider mails from Xsolla as spam and either put it in the junk folder or completely block it.
