    Have you tried to verify integrity of game files ? (Right click on the game in Steam lib, properties-> local files tab)
  8. As was stated in the topic, the provided evidence was not enough to make a decision on the case thus it was dismissed. In general Green on Green (friendly fire) is forbidden but as in every rule there could be exceptions (mostly related to griefing). In the particular case it was not clear if it was friendly fire abuse or protection from griefing.

  13. The case is investigated, violation of the rules is found to be true. The player is warned, Steam ID is recorded for future violation of the rules
  14. Captains, it seems there were a temorary issue related to your ISP as it seems you both share the same internet provider
  15. Captain, you provided a short clip that prevent us to make a decision. Based on in-game chat in the video most likely you were warned to leave the battle before the broadside, thus the case is dismissed

    Greetings Admiral, Could you please be so kind and clarify if you use Citrix workspace software? If so, please check this workaround: The workaround is to try temporary disable Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator in the system devices (you might need to activate it again once you are about to use Citrix): Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: devmgmt.msc and click ok Expand System devices tab and find Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator Right click on it and select "Disable"
