    The general workaround for this issue is to restart Steam or reboot PC
  4. Greetings, Captain, as it has been said you need to download Steam application and log in with the account you bought the game. You do not need to pay twice, once you bought the game it will be in your Steam library on the account, does not matter what PC you use

  8. Have you sent a report via F11? It seems there is no such report. Most likely it is an old bug with random teleportation, please F11 it right away it happens

  13. Captains, at the moment PvE server hardware provider is experiencing periodic internet connection issues. We are clarifying reasons and will keep you posted. Sorry for inconveniences.

  20. At the moment player's fleet ships have the same mechanic as general NPC ships - if you captured 3rd rate or above you will get only reward from Admiralty. In order to be able to capture these ships you need to capture it from a player only
