The report is from PVE server, could you please send it from PVP-1 EU server? Your character, that you are missing, located there, not on PVE

Captain, according to our logs your character is there on PVP-1, character created Mon May 16 2016, last login: Mon Nov 14 2016 23:45:15 GMT+0200. Character cannot be wiped unless player delete it himself. Could you please send F11 report with the character you recently created?

Do you mean your character got wiped without you deleting it yourself? Character name is De La Rose ? Have you tried to verify integrity of game cache? (right click on the game in steam lib->local files)

There could be some small issues on server side as well as issues on players side but, unfortunately, there are no connection reports from PVE server in the last 24h to figure it out. Please send connection test report via Steam Launcher 4th option next time you experience it. According to our graphics there were not any major issues at that time

Chat bans are issued via ingame reports anc checked by hands, you can not fabricate those, as well as force the ban by spamming it. In case your friend wants to know reasons for ban he have to write here or via private message, or, if the ban was expired already, write to character Ink in the game.
