Provider is still working on handling massive network attack. We are considering migration of the shard to alternative infrastructure in case provider issues will not be fixed in the coming time.
Compensation of the lost items will be provided after logs analysis.

Not really sure what do you mean but perhaps in the port you have only two basic cutters (and no other ships) and once you click on right ship it becomes on the left side as your currently active ship and vice versa?

Captain, could you please provide more details - you can not leave on a given ship or at all? Since there are more recent reports from you in a battle, have the issue gone?
Check any other online game - they must have the same issues, please contact your ISP to solve the issue. Could you also check connection in Naval Action with cable from modem to PC instead of wi-fi?
