Also you do not need to reinstall game (and if you did it, you keep all the stuff, do not worry - all information stored on the servers and Steam and not on your PC). You could also try to verify integrity of game cache in Steam - right click on the game in steam lib->properties->local files

It may take some time, but usually not very long. Perhaps you experience connection issues from your ISP, could you please try any other online game and check if you have lags there as well?

Some abnormal profits has been adjusted by us Random trim does require another resources as well, it will be either fixed in the description or random option turned off

Most likely you put the contract before the hotfix with changed prices, so at the moment the price is below the min limit and it does not shown in the shop, please claim the contract to get your money back - fee

Once you experience this bug, please relog (the current workaround). In case relog does not help to solve the issue, please send F11 report and/or post in support forums here or on Steam

Captain, to clarify, connection test report indicates only issues (if any) by the moment you launched the test, have you sent it during or right after the lags, or you did send it, for example, a couple of hours after (when your connection might be ok again)?
