There's a suggestion thread about adding the soon-to-be-deleted-Outpost contents on the confirmation window. -

Ouch. Been there before. But there's two confirmation windows if i remember correctly, with Confirmation button in two different places. -
At this stage of development and Alpha version, apparently yes. We are human, we can adapt. In the future we might have to start from zero, so everything cool for now

Maybe it requires Victory in battle ? Mission successful ? Or maybe a end battle reward in a more complex Articles of War articulation. Some captains did lose their ships in action but were deemed to be awarded promotion and even land titles following examination of the engagement reports, some of them even supported by the enemy captain's letters. They did act like it was established by their respective navy command even if they lost the ship. Truly a wondrous age of gallantry with little to do with "power gaming". Most probably a squadron ( under 10 ships ) commander would lose commission if the enemy would complain through diplomacy of having been "ganked". Almost certain that happened more than once in history in the age of sail.

An italian PT boat actually put a RN Battleship out of the water, it's not even an analogy bringing carriers and PT boats to a wood and iron and gunpowder warfare age. I agree that SOLs must be the powerful things they are. They just need to be harsh to order, harsh to maintain and having purpose for War. 74 guns were the Post ships on the empires and were engaged many times by similar vessels. The 38 guns frigates did what what did best, protect trader, interdict trade, establish blockades, patrol, etc. SOLs must be strong, true floating fortresses and damn expensive.

Glorious Victories against the HATED SORRY CLAN.

He had no musketry backups. It could work with full gunnery and that amount of marines. Maybe he was testing something ? I know I mess up doing it a lot. -
Devs cannot control it by any legal means unless it is an EULA breach ( which covers a copy individually ). Alas not even Steam can control it by any legal means unless it is a breach to the contract. Happens to all games that deal with risk/reward afaik. You wouldn't believe the amount of multiple ALTs in DayZ, which kind of broke it in some servers, as death ceased to be a problem and multiple accounts players always had stashes hidden with full gear ready.

A freebooter is a citizen of the world ! Can move anywhere and everywhere with grace, elegance and, above all, with a clean conscience that his heart will remain immaculately black. -
Highly discussable ( we would spend months at it ) and was majorly left to captain decision. The one true written rule was Article 10 and actually expected full commitment and engagement based on the assumption the RN quality would prevail over numbers. Any equal fight was always expected to be a victory. Can bring up enough engagements totally unequal between frigate types, like 2 and 3 versus many more, but it is impossible to simulate in game. Suggestion: In game it can be modeled with Crew Morale that lasts for the entire battle, drops and recovers, and affects overall functioning of the vessel.

From the scores and turn choices he didn't have anything other than the marines -

bahahahahahah just too great a comment -
You can't tell the difference i'm affraid. And in regards of exploiting it I totally support your position ( the mermaids are my witness, but I really despise power gamers ). But alas it is impossible to do anything unless the culprit openly brags or someone catches him bragging and even then had to know his specific Steam accounts, etc, yada yada, and so on. It is two Steam accounts, each with its own game account. Pretty much the same as two people from the same household play the same game.
