Wrong info. We have never guaranteed that it will have lower repair costs. He won and progressed, raking kill, victories and promotions. You got nothing + have to pay repairs + His ship is damaged but because he survived he uses OW repairs and is back in battle in no time. + Repeating ad infinitum will not work as you will run out of cash eventually despite lower surrender costs. + He still can use that hull (break up, give to admiralty as a prize etc) -

You can install windows as a second OS on your MAC. Then if your video card is fine you can play. Once you need your Mac OS back for Mac things you just switch to original OS. -

Greetings Captains Combat sea trials are officially over. We are going to keep servers live in case adventurous Captains wish to sail from time to time. We received tons of precious feedback from you, and will use it to improve the game. We would like to thank all the participants - it has been a blast and we enjoyed sailing and fighting with you. We believe that results of the sea trials are very promising. Even at this low content stage we have reached 25 hours average playtime - which is bigger than most games on steam (we are in top 25 i think) 1st positions in various categories Largest number of average battles per day - Captain Kaaru62 Largest damage per day - Captain Tommy Shelby Largest number of battles - Captain MrDoran Largest average damage per battle - Captain Thalion Average kills per battle - Freddykrueger66 Most Victories - Captain Thomasew Most Prizes (kills or boardings) - Captain Leviathan Overall damage dealt to enemy fleets - Captain Fellvred Combat efficiency - Captain Fenrir Numbers are from pve/pvp group combat only. Duels are not calculated in the stats, but i think you all know who was is in the leading position in the duel combat. If captains in question are ok with us disclosing numbers we will post them in a separate post + include top 10 captains in every category Improvements that will be done based on the Sea Trials feedback. Damage model Damage model 4.0 is being tested and will change a lot of things especially in cannon and crew damage. Ballistics is somewhat changed and will need extensive testing Aiming will be somewhat improved and we will add ability to shoot when looking through the telescope. Fires and explosions are added Double shot and chain reload times will be increased. Boarding will be improved and new commands added. Commands will become important and you will no longer be able to only rely on crew size for winning After damage model 4.0 is properly tested with you; we will rework leaks from hull penetrations, increasing its importance over structural leaks. Ships will sink slower, hull positional damage will have more influence. Ships Several new models will appear in admiralty stores across the Caribbean Better ship customization: At least 20 modules that will allow Captains to fine tune their ship performance. Some of the modules will be useful in combat, some in the open world. Ship hidden characteristics will be added making every ship unique We will also try to somewhat improve sailing models, accel/decel and inertia of vessels and add a button that will take down jibs and staysails allowing you to quickly depower sails by turning yards into proper positions. Player and social components Player account implemented Ranks added New chat, mail, friend and ignore lists, and other useful features is already in the game If we forgot anything please let us know. We are starting work on the player controls remapping and hope to finish within 1 month. Sea trials 2 will start as soon as we finish internal testing. New stage will focus on the following areas: Damage model testing Bug search and bug fixing Open world distance testing Open world national interaction testing Piracy and its role Progression testing Basic money flows and inflation Expect multiple wipes in the process. If you feel that you want to play instead of testing the game it is better to wait for the more stable version. не понял тоже.. в потбс там вообще аватар как в АС4 махаешь саблей - у кого лучше пинг тот выигрывает при прочих равных, так как скилы включаются вовремя и модель капитана действительно там где вы ее видите.

такой абордаж невозможнен по многим причинам а) нельсон по реям не лазил, а отдавал команды б) пингозависимость с) читы и хаки абордаж останется на уровне команд капитана. предлагайте команды увеличение разнообразия для текущей системы.

Well replay is an easy feature to implement. It is just other things have higher priority. For example: Ability to fire when using a telescope is much more important and useful. -
Some important things must be finished we want to try to get them done this and next week.

По деградации качества корабля уже пересмотрели. (кстати она работала только на захватываемый корабль а не на оба). Пересмотрели потому что захват и поиск крутого корабля (как в старых корсарах) это важная часть геймплея и решили что странно изменять его характеристики просто потому что ктото сдался или потерял корабль на абордаже. Отбор идеального корабля у NPC или Игрока должен приносить только удовольствие. Учитывайте что все корабли уникальны как в корсарах, и многие игроки будут искать тот самый идеальный бриг с бонусом к скорости и калибру пушек. Там страховка на время. Корабль не вечен но можно купить страховку которая возвращает корабль вам; только корабли там от 30 до 5000 долл)) -
Unity 5 is not yet stable and is a big risk. Certain things work differently in Unity 5 and there is no cheap way back once you migrate to the new engine. We want to test the game not the engine.

Currently under way.. 1) ship development - several new ships are in progress including the winners of the voting. 2) damage model is fully integrated and is in internal testing 3) fires and explosions is integrated and is in internal testing 4) open world npc behavior and roles are being worked on 5) AI is being worked on - they now can tack properly and use tracking shot for better shooting 6) Ship modules and upgrades initial list is implemented and being tested 7) new net code is being integrated to help with large battles performance 8) new smoke is in (maybe will cause some fps drop) could need optimization 9) open world is populated with almost 200 cities and towns 10) open world sea and ship behavior on water is being worked on as well. as new damage model carries a lot of risk we will keep sea trials builds open in case inquisitive captains want to compare old model with a new one.- 20 replies

в Еве инсты есть! просто нарезка не вертикальная как у нас а по системам через гейты. Не надо плиз тень на плетень . -
old circle had only one purpose. kiting and running. in open world it will be allowed in the prototype you will see the same instances.. because open world mechanics are more important for testing. eventually more varied instances will be added and some day we will pull the map from the open world.
