The Steam key will be sent to you as soon as the game is available in Steam Early Access. At the moment we cannot provide exact date yet.
There were not many similar cases for UA: AoS thus we cannot provide a 100% work solution on your issue unfortunately, but have you tried different graphics settings within the game?
Captains, in case you lost a ship during the problems, please make sure to report it via F11 in-game and provide detailed description on the lost items, this will speed up investigation and compensation process

Unfortunately due to connection outage on server provider side both servers experienced temporary issues and players were not able to play on servers.
The problem must have been fixed by now but we are additionally investigating the source of the problem together with the server ISP.

Indeed there was a noticable drop of players from the server but it was not related to server issues as the server was stable by that time. Most likely a part of players experienced connection issues related to a 3rd side internet service providers. We will monitor the situation
