  1. Try to disable firewall and antivirus first, check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game. If this won't solve the issue, then please run connection test tool, when you launch the game in Steam there are 4 options, please, pick 4-th "Report Connection Test" and paste the report number here, its like NAS-XXXX

    Game Freezes

    in the game press ESC button, go to options > graphic > Battle FPS and Open World FPS are the options you are looking for

  7. There are enough evidance, the topic is closed for now. For future cases, use report function (right click on a player) in the game instead of posting every toxic language case in the tribunal. Фактов достаточно. Тема закрыта. В будущем используйте функцию report (щелкните правой кнопкой мышки на игроке) вместо создания тем в трибунале о toxic чате.

In case you have access to your e-mail, try to find the key by seacrhing inbox folder with "shipyard (at) navalaction.com" You can also try to contact devs using support (at) navalaction.com. Describe the problem and Include info listed bellow: transaction id name on paypal account full address and email used for paypal purchase

  15. You should not be able to sell or buy redeems. If you do, please, report it through F11 Captain Comery, doubles need rework, developers didn't give any data yet. They only mentioned that they will start addressing doubles only after mortar brig is done

  17. As developers have said a couple of times, finalisation of UI will be done after all core features are added, there are other major goals in development at the moment and the dev team is not that huge to work on UI now and rework already done UI stuff in the future
  18. Oliver, when you launch the game there are 4 options, please, pick the 3-rd option "Report Crash" so developers will be given enough data to investigate the issue

  20. Did you try to copy it to the clipboard (ctrl+c) and then paste it in the game (ctrl+v) ?
  21. Did you try to turn Anti aliasing off? That might help to inrcease FPS

  24. JJWolf, developers already said that they will fix the issue about admiralty mission entrance are allowed to everyone
