TheMarathaEmpire, could you please also try to set Compatibility with Windows 7 on the both client.exe and client_,exe files (here \SteamApps\common\Naval Action) to check if it works because there were recently cases when it helped to resolve the issue. You will be able to play on custom low-med settings, just nake sure to turn anti aliasing off as it is the main FPS consumer

    Guys, please, send a bug report through F11 bug report right away it happens. In case you did, please provide either report number or character name
  9. Unfortunately, your GPU (NVIDIA NVS 3100M) does not support DX11 and shader model 5. The only way to run the game is to upgrade GPU to match DX11 and shader model 5 support.

  11. I'm sorry, had to mention it right away. Please, run the game launcher in Steam and pick 4-th options "Report connection tool", run it and leave it for a couple of min (it may freeze while working, just don't touch the app)

You are runing an outdated CPU, please follow the steps to try to fix the issue: 1) try to reinstall visual studio redist and the game. 2) If it doesn't help, go to "SteamApps\common\Naval Action\Client_Data\Plugins" and open CPU_WaterGen.cfg in any text editor. Replace "-- use_SSE4 = false" line with "use_SSE4 = false" (remove two minuses on front of it). Do the same with "SteamApps\common\Naval Action\Client_Data\Plugi64\CPU_WaterGen.cfg" file. And try to run game. 3) If the issue is still there, try to run the game by selecting "Play Naval Action Beta (x86) in the steam launcher options.

Could you please send a bug report through F11 bug reporter right after it happened? Also run the connection test report (4-th option in the stem launcher), it might freeze a bit, don't worry, it is working, just wait till it send the report. Meanwhile, please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients), disable antivirus, turn off k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters, also, you can try to put your router into DMZ mode Captain Longbeard, could you please run connection test report via steam launcher 4-th option and post the report name here?

  25. There are two possibilities, one is that you closed it by yourself, then follow the tip given by Galileus. Second - you caught a chat bug, the issue is known and most likely will be fixed the next week
