  1. Could you provide more details about your home connection (where you are experiencing the issue) - bandwidth, connection type (wi-fi/cable)?
  2. Tarierishin, in the report you have sent yesterday at 18:00 pm there are no ping issues - average ping is 27 ms. The issue must be gone in that case
  3. Assets are safe till october content patch. Since free ports won't be affected in september content patch, perhaps it is better to move your stuff from nation ports to the closest free port(s) and then, after september content patch has gone live, take actions accordingly

  8. Captain, according to the Sunday's connection report you have sent, there are issues with ping leaps - from 25 to 701. Please check your internet cable or try to use cable connection instead of wi-fi, another option is to call your ISP to investigate the reason

    Once we previously announced that pvp2 might be merged into pvp1, we got more negative feedback than positive one. We have plans to provide a character transfer option from pvp2 to pvp1 for those who wants to play on pvp1 server, at the moment it is under development yet

  14. This is a known UI issue, since it is a minor issue most likely it will be addressed within UI rework

  17. Captains, stay on topic. The general workaround is to relog - in most cases hidden items will be there after relog, a couple of cases, however, may require additional help from dev team. If the workaround didn't help, F11 it.

    Most likely we will swap "delete" to "destroy" to make it more clear
  21. Unfortunately, at the moment there are only two option - the current clan leader delete his character or disband the whole clan (in the first case leadership will be transfered to an officer). We might add some options in the future to adress this issue.

    Captain, unfortunately, it seems you've made a mistake. There are two options - delete and claim/cancel, once you pick delete there are two warnings (the first one - "Items and gold from contract will be lost", the second - "All items and gold will be lost"). In case you wanted to keep medkits, you had to pick claim/cancel option, in that case you would get them back into your warehouse

You have to delete the current character by yourself to be able to create another one, the game will not delete it without you (in your case, the game will tell you "You are not allowed to add more players. Please delete existing one") Also, with a help from friends or clan mates you can reduce loses only to outposts, buildings and known none-standart blueprints - just go to a free port and trade all the movable stuff to a trusted person via trade window, then take it back with the new character
