Captain, there is a warning that you are within patrol area: The warning was added in patch 21

This is a known issue that may happen if time on player PC does not match to Windows Time server. In case you launched the game with incorrect time and then it is being synched with the Windows Time server (while you are playing the game) - the bug will happen. The problem will be fixed according to priority list but the workaround is easy - always keep your PC time updated (or restart the client).

Captain, do you still experience the problem? Based on the report it looks like temporary connection issues on your side

У каждой палубы есть набор цифр, например [5-8]/[4-8]. Цифры в первой группе указывают на максимально и минимально возможные калибры пушек, цифры во второй группе - на максимально и минимально возможные калибры карронад. В данном случае это означает, что можно поставить пушки калибром от 6 до 12 фунтов (восьмой и пятый класс пушек соответственно), или карронады калибром от 12 до 32 фунтов (восьмой и четвертый класс карронад соответственно). Руководство для игрока временно выключено на доработку по замечаниям от игроков. По умолчанию все нации враждебны друг к другу. Игроки и кланы сами определяют политику.

Captain, this is not a bug. It was discussed earlier in this thread: Please close an outpost only once all other ships are transported to other outposts. If you delete an outpost with ships (other than your active one) they are removed as well.

Captains, Hotfix was deployed today. Crew splinter resistance bonus changes. Some fitting combinations allowed complete reduction of crew damage. Such upgrades and books bonuses were reduced. Max possible crew resistance due to ship build and training is 49.5% We have added crew resistance bonuses to oak (10%) and sabicu planking (5%) Other changes Bow figure - Katherine turn rate bonus was lowered to 3%

Captains, for chat abuse please use report function in game as the first and sufficient step. You can also use ignore function after you reported a player.

Captain, please provide more details. What ships you lost (and in what port they were docked) etc. What was the last time you actively played on the server? The report about pvp server, you sure you did not log into a wrong a server?

Captains, Rarely some of you may experience a sudden complete loss of control of your vessel in battle. This can happen very rarely in case of heavy packet loss: game loses connection to a server and cannot re-establish the connection. It usually feels like you have lost all control of the ship. Workaround If you experience this in battle - please relogin to the game immediately. This will re-establish connection and you will be able to control a ship again. We plan to add a visual indication of such connection loss in the future which will first show that you lost connection for some time and then drop you to login screen so you can quickly take action to return the control.
