  4. @Admiral Kizaru Borsalino @Crankster Admirals, please follow these steps: Open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 21.05.20.txt) Please copy the latest log file and provide full description on the issue (also make a screenshot if possible), then contact Xsolla support team via live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue and attach files If you got no reply or any other issue with Xsolla, please send me a mail on ink@navalaction.com

  11. The evidence provided is not sufficient at all Video clip provided does not show that joined player allowed additional ships to join. They did not join on your video. Steam ID is recorded for any similar violation of the rules in future

  23. Greetings Admiral. You can install the game on as many devices as you want but you can only run one copy at a time
  24. @Hardlec Greetings Admiral. You do not need a new copy to reinstall the game, you can reinstall the game by uninstalling it in the launcher, click on "Options" button above "Play" button and click on "Uninstall". After that the game will be removed and you will be able to download and install a new copy. You can also try to verify and repair game files instead of uninstalling, for that you need to click on "Repair" button instead of "Uninstall" If both cases do not solve the problem, please be so kind and provide more details about problems you are experiencing, preferably capture a screenshot with the problem
