    Please, provide more info: Win10 32 or 64 bit, GPU name (it must support Direct X11 and shader model 5).

  7. Unfortunately, without access to the router and failed connection test report, there is no other way to play but using VPN / Mobile data.
  8. Did you try to search the item in the upgrades sections (where it should be)? About second issue - there was an issue with a server on Provider side, the problem is already solved, more info here: http://forum.game-labs.net/index.php?/topic/9168-connection-issue-in-battles/ Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the durability, sorry for inconvenience, captain.

  10. The sound issue might be caused by multiply soundcards / output devices using. We are looking into this issue. The second issue indicates problems with connection to servers. How offten do you experience it? Please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients, k9 web protection filters etc.), disable antivirus, firewall any other protection/filtering software, also, you can try to put your router into DMZ mode.

Дополнительно может помочь организация демилитаризованной зоны (DMZ) для компьютера.

  13. I guess with a custom low-med settings you will be able to achieve 30 FPS. I'm running the game on the weaker PC, athlon x4 750k, radeon 7770 and 4gb ram, on low-med custom settings, it is quiet playable still, it is in general around 20-30 FPS and around 10-15 in a tough battle
  14. Please, send a bug report through F11 reporter in the game. Once it is sent, ctrl+v the report name here (it is copied to clipboard)

    Did you try to update the sound drivers, reinstall the game?

  19. Please, send the crash reports through Steam launcher (3-rd option) and post the report name here (like NAB-12345)
  20. Are you using any kind of program called K9 to filter traffic (keeps kids safe) or any other filtering software? Also, did you try to put your computer to DMZ on router? The last step would be to run connection test report (4-th option when in the Steam launcher) and post here the report name, I will then address the issue.
