Sorry, I missed the part you lost the fleet durability only, without your own ship. I guess you had to command the fleet to retreat before the time is gone. -
Although your GPU does support DX11 and shader model 5, I doubt you will have enjoyable FPS even on lowest settings.

GPU does support DX11 and shader model 5, so you will be able to run it, but be ready to set low settings and have around 10-20 fps or even less

What is your character name, same as here on the forums? Do not delete your character, the issues are still under investigating

Thanks, reports are there. Could you also please run connection test report, it is the 3-rd option In Steam Launcher. Meanwhile, please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients), disable antivirus, turn off k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters, also, you can try to put your router into DMZ mode

У Вас нет возможности проверить сражения на любом другом интернете (мобильный и т.п.)? Также, проверьте, не установлен ли у Вас Контент-фильтр подобный K9_Web_Protection.

Since it has dx11 and shader model 5 support, you will be able to play, but, most likely, low FPS even on low-med settings. Make sure to turn anti aliasing off as it is the main FPS consumer
