We have not find any trace of alt using, we believe Mesenas is a new player who does not know mechanics yet. The player was warned ingame. Case is closed.

He did not reply to my mail yet, but in case his GPU does not support directx features, the only way to launch the game is to buy new GPU

Some bugs about fire and survival mode was fixed about half a year ago, but based on reports we have now we were not able to reproduce a possible bug yet, additional logging will be implemented which will help us to find out the problem.

Captain, there are no mails from address you mentioned in our support@navalaction.com mailbox. I've send a mail to him, most likely GPU does not support directx11 and shader model 5 features.

Have you tried to reinstall the game and also have you checked antivirus settings for the game? -
Игра будет рекламироваться, когда она будет готова к выпуску в Стиме. Еще не полностью готовы все элементы геймплея, нет интерфейса и локализации, поэтому сейчас смысла в рекламе особо нет.

There are the same issues as it were earlier with the US server, will be fixed.

Captains, At the moment there are some problems with chat functionality on PVP One EU server. We are working on fixing the issue. The server will be restarted once the issue is fixed. Sorry for inconveniences.

Captains, At the moment there are some problems with chat functionality on PVP Two USA server. We are working on fixing the issue. The server will be restarted once the issue is fixed. Sorry for inconveniences.

It seems it is a local issue (there is only 1 report about it at the moment) - please could you send fresh reports: right after the game crashed go to Steam Launcher and pick the 3rd option "Report Crash", then after you launched the game, also send F11 reports.

You can exit in the battle menu to enter a friendly port or another workaround is to lower sails. Something might be done to solve it in the future but at the moment there are more critical priorities to be fixed. At the moment do not sail to point blank distance to instance land to avoid such cases.

Твинки не запрещены. Запрещено на них фармить киллы в пвп ивентах, также фармить киллы для генерации напряженности при создании портовой битвы.
