Captain, the issue with MSI Afterburner is a specific case not affecting players globally. Such issues will be reviewed in depth after more critical bugs are fixed according to priority list since the reasons might be related to side factors and not the game directly. Meanwhile please try to check the registry with a program that removes invalid entries as was said in pm and try to turn the MSI afterburner back on. There are no global issues with game crashes at the moment (there were some after Unity 5 upgrade but they were fixed), the logs can be checked to find out the reason but please make sure that GPU drivers and Windows Updates are up to date and the issue is still there. Crash logs could be sent via NA steam launcher (the second option after "Play Naval Action")

In your case changing ISP is not a 100% solution since another player use a different ISP. The problem might be caused by 3rd party ISPs that blocks certain ports on the way from you to EU servers. The fact that another player from Thailand does not experience issues if connection is run by VPN indicates that problem is related to ISP and unfortunately not on our side (thus we cannot help with the issue as we already checked all affected characters). Could you please call your current ISP support and describe the problem? Also ports that are needed for the game are: 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600.

Captain, the problem was not reproduced yet, perhaps with more reports from players the problem will be spotted. At the moment we consider it as a problem caused by side factors (e.g. connection). We will keep an eye on it.
