  1. TaF error, the 2 last segments. Ive played using TaF on 1.7 since beta release and never seen this or any error at all that is TaF related.. Also not saying taf is the cause of the issue, Nathan better answer that. Might be some edited files is. Looks like it is ship and/or parts related

  3. Hint; Make sure you have installed Net 6.0 runtime, it's right there on the can. Some times it needs to be installed again when using ML and mods, even if you had the runtime allready
  4. ohhh! pardon, I misunderstood I haven't properly read the memos. Is this the place to ask if there will be some minor patches to the game, or is this the end?

  7. Ill give it a try. Slapping my forehead for not thinking of that😅 Btw it loads fine. I just get the message, but i cant see anu obvious errors on the map or getting any bad messages in the log or soft locks during turn.
  8. I just checked; just shy of 2700hrs so far 😬 Yes, hope we can get (make) more access to this game to atleast fix all the small things left over. Adding/fixing models would be amazing, but not holding my breath there
  9. @Nick Thomadis Could you please let me know how, if possible, I can edit the relation hits ratio/multiplier between nations when war errupts? They are a bit over the top when several nations goes to war, and you get 4-5 messages, like the one under, in one single turn.
  10. as said in the post above, shells calculate trajectory when they fire, hence the "track-ir". It looks bad, and really bad vs fast moving targets. And it is ofcourse the same for the player and ai.
  11. With 1.7 beta out, and 1.6 branch seemingly future-patch-proof, would you have time to update TaF for 1.6? I don't think there is any issues though, obvious or not. I am getting this; [01:03:17.516] [TweaksAndFixes] Failed to load overriding map data Not sure how that affect anything, as the map/save loads fine, and I can't see any wrongs in the gameplay either. I started getting it from 1.6.1.5
  12. Fairly sure the towers hitbox is just a rectangle and not following the structure of it, otherwise you would be clear of the lifeboats.

  15. Minor, but yet so important for us multi multitaskers Also, ui scaling for us on large (59" in my case) monitors running 3840x2160, (I acknowledge there might not be many of us). I edit the game through ML/UE ever time I start the game, but I'd love to save me those 20 seconds 😊 CanvasScaler.m_ReferenceResolution 1024x768> -> CanvasScaler.m_ReferenceResolution 3840x2160 It's hack and saw, but it works for me. Add another 2 minutes if I want to resize all popups and windows😬
  16. When you get the time(™) @NathanKell could you check what/if something is changed in the latest patches? Maybe in particular war declerations. Not saying it is TaF, but I am having issues with declaring wars, and vanilla works fine. upd: I disabled TaF alliance changes taf_alliance_changes,0, and wars are declared again between ai, germany decced me, and I could push for a war against the russians (they didnt pay me off and the war subsequently started) I'll do some more testing with alliance changes on/off

Yeh I can not, nor the ai, start a war no matter what and how many times the popup says we actually went to war (-20 relations etc etc) after pushing for it For the sake of testing I played a decade with no modded files I apologize ,apparently not all modded files was deleted/replaced, inluding the resources.assets file. Nothing to see here, working fine. Time to bugtest my files 😬 (or maybe TaF is causing issues(?))

[23:05:00.705] [TweaksAndFixes] Failed to load overriding map data This message will appear if you make a new game with UAD 1.6.1.4 opt5 / TaF 3.16.7 Basically this means the game will load the vanilla "province" file, not the one edited by players (DIP/NAR/yourownmod), as far as I can tell. I put in my edited province file and I got province "errors" in the ML log that I know I had fixed, and could verify by looking at my copy. Checked by running UAD opt4 and everything works fine. I am fairly certain an ongoing game is fine, but I had no current savefile to compare at that moment. Making a new game now with opt4 and I'll do a test. nvm. i should have tested first Back to scratching my head then... Edit: t'was my ever nemesis "a-random-space" in the scrabble. 3 places where i'd left a space after a comma.... Le Sigh
  19. Technically not errors though (per definision the kind that would break/crash a game), game works fine with it as-is. The only issue would be land invasion not having all oppurtunities; if province A is missing nearby province D, or one of them missing the other, that/those provinces would not engage in an army fight. I have seen some outliners though for the minor factions when this happens. Unsure if those are connected to the "move vessels" soft crash during turns though. Nathan Kell could probably tell us more there.
  20. Some of it is allready active with TaF. The rest you have to edit the params.csv. Read the TaF readme for indepth explanation. We are always here to help if more is needed 👍
