  2. Yep. Maybe hope for a change, for the UI update, both compass being the same, with cardinal and numeral points. And synch them.

  4. But that's not it was done. Grapples were the final step of an entire nice process of slowing down the victim. ingame ... how to slow down someone ? chain ? what else ?
  5. Navy Brig & Snow & Snow vs Hercules and Requin, Nassau Patrol zone. Starts as a 2v1, Herc and xebec vs a snow. Snow gets rage boarded ( player mistake and fat fingers ) . Navy Brig and Snow join the fight. Hercules sinks, Requien decides to call it a day and retreats before she sinks ( was really badly damaged ).
  6. How to simulate all the age of sail options used to affect the enemy ship rig trim so she would become slow enough ? It was one of the most important phases for ships intent on boarding an enemy - yes, cargo was the valuable thing. How to simulate rigging entanglement ? Simple ramming would entangle ships ? Hmmm... same as ramming and pushing... Can't get my head around it. Your option of the pulling in instant sails brace is nice though. Having them drift can be nice.

  9. We had nice and credible envelopes at a time but I guess some systems had to be tested that eventually affected the baseline of all ships. Is one of the pains of playing under development early access. Think we will return to form soon

  11. There's still a issue with her i'm pursuin ( regarding damage ). Hope it proves correct... Then and only then she will be okay ( apart from moving up to 5th rate, by english standards which the game uses )

  13. I don't care about particular issues Z4ys. The rules must be equal and fair.
  14. The Companies owning ports and CLOSING them to anyone but their own Company and possibly friend Companies would difficult alt life a lot. This means no contracts, no buy/sell, no fleets, etc whatever we can think to limit. Cannot end the alt issue but can surely difficult their "miserable" life 👽
  15. Is all same values except for Rigging Crew ( needs more sailors in there ). Hull shape changed, sail plan is different, some guns added. Test.
  16. 15 minutes "timeout" is a rule in place in all battles - this is granted and the bare minimum usable after years of testing. Port changing hands when BATTLE OVER "flag" appears may well not be possible due to global changes being made - this includes rewards, etc - only when the instance closed. There is a suggestion for this to be changed if and when possible. Closed. Devs can post anyway.
  17. Stay away from it then or run 2 parallel tests with both connies. 1st one would be obvious - hull shape versus ball of various weights. I think you can test a few more things...
