  1. Can you please turn off the Tablet Mode and test again ?
  2. Yes... Someone left the map upside down again... 🤨
  3. Pirates being pirated !?... waaaaaaaaat.....!?
  4. Need or Want... ? Anyway, I did it differently and fairly fast ( given the rewards are, by devs words, inflated ). I took Hunt and Search and Destroy missions. Sailed out and attacked NPC fleets sailing the OW. Used only Herc and Surprise. Missions were to hunt a mix of 4th and 5th rates. Kill Missions of 4th rates while sailing a 5th rate are nice and challenging and can be dangerous at points if the player does too many mistakes. I understand your place of choice to be Bermuda. That can be challenging to find fleets ( but if you sail SE towards Treasure Island you will find more than hugging bermuda ).
  5. Is subject to case by case, really. Let me ask you this - you are in a trader convoy and you counter-tag. You have absolutely no desire to fight. Is it griefing ? You make a bad tag ( ow translation can sometimes place you in the wrong spot ). Is it griefing ? You are an advance scout frigate for the "home fleet". You manage to tag the slower rear-guard of the enemy fleet with the intentions of keeping them in combat until the bulk of the fleet arrives ( and hope the enemy fleet turns back to engage ). Is it griefing ? Take a good look to your gameplay after you logoff, what went wrong, what you did good, where did you "subvert" the intended gameplay to suit you ? What did the enemy do to suit them ? What makes it different ?
  6. Kill Missions are the equal to old style Combat Missions - Sail to Swords, enter mission.
  7. Sure. The griefing is real on both instances - merits and defects for both options. But exit to port... not really.
  8. Ok... double invisibility would work but not "insta close" battles. Or 2 minutes "can't join sitting in port bro, sorry". ?
  9. Was only noting of the latest Administration comments on the "griefing" to add to the case.
  10. All information on the first post in the link
  11. Correct. Will wipe with the new update to properly test the economy myself. Cannot test it with slots full of ships and warehouses full of stuff, now, can I ? Regarding port UI... the purpose of the thread - the best thing, IMO, would be to "drag and drop" guns from the store into the ship guns slot and auto-buy.
  12. That's not what I asked but good to know. Where's the data that supports your claim ? Or is it just "you man, is like your opinion" ? We can agree that frigates do sell more NA than anything else. They fit in the Master&Commander, Hornblower's, and Captain Blood and modern Sparrow's pirate fiction alike
  13. Hope you have data to support this claim 😎
  14. Correct. Applies only to the ship the player is commanding.
  15. There we go sounds more reasonable. Actually "one use" permits from the Admiralty for 2nd and 3rd ships would be .. hmmm... interesting as well, and not perk. But back to UI. I found that the different windows are now snapping into each other. Nice touch.
  16. that is great. Now think mechanic for "everyone".
  17. Rab is indeed one of the most chilled individuals in all games i've played or watched streaming. Pretty much the Smoke incarnation of NA.
  18. Given we all rear admirals, should we have a rank wipe ?
  19. *cough cough* half the game is based on denying fights by most means available... Why should Conquest be different ? Nature of a sandbox - we make it as we want it to be.WE, players in general, want no fights except when we want them. *sips coffee*
  20. Could be a "optional F7" like Control - to have or not to have support from land batteries. With default being active but can be disabled within a timeframe.
  21. higher velocity at muzzle exit point, who cares about burning crew.
