  2. I must say many folks are getting boring and left out on the major strategies, I might be wrong. Therefore they setup their own agendas. We have this in all nations.

  4. What is being discussed here is how to measure the power of one player over the other. As a GAME is not a political system we must have more imagination with the help of the devs. Please guys, stop trying to force your laws. It would be the same as forbidding me to talk to the enemy nation players... it is ridiculous. ( yes it happened but you know me, f... that )

I am a firm supporter that these kind of groups are needed in every game that relates to history, they are proper and they are playing a character of their own which relates to our in game history as it is being written. Sorry but you will have to leave your voting system outsider the door. Obviously they unbalance the whole complex clans Setup...of course they do, that is their aim The only issue that must be solved is HOW to make someone fight the own nation without turning pirate and without resorting to complicated mechanics such as sub-nations or clan driven self-entitled power. If any CLAN would forcefully try to exert their power on me as a player I would do the opposite just to mess their whole Setup. Not out of spite but because of principle. This is a game people, A GAME. No player or association of players should ever have the access to any mechanics that limits the game of others. Therefore a more interesting proposal must be made.
  6. I will always be a stalwart supporter of a full wipe once we hit the full release revision. Our concerns about blueprints of today might change with future development, who knows. A full wipe is proper, fair and totally necessary. The self-entitled distinguished gentlemen the "blah blah ppl will leave" are not a problem at all. They just make noise everywhere.

  9. The tag is generally interpreted and connected to one thing and one thing only no matter where you go and ask. There are more intelligent ways to setup a tag regarding Secretive Selected few ( or whatever your clan is named for ) than this travestry. Thanks for being amongst the less gifted with intelligence... No rhethoric will ever change the fact that the tag should ever be allowed anywhere anytime.

  12. I think that the Risk game part needs some looooove and will affect indirecly all the other factors, which all work towards the same goal, Nations war & peace. Overhaul of War & Peace mechanics and national relations, pirate role and national aliances it is.
  13. The last thing I noticed was hitting the Flag captain rank and fully crew the Constitution. Went... oh look ! cool. No idea what grinding is. Every single day I connected felt like a brand new sortie in a combat flight simulator. Never knew what I was going to do at all. From hitting AI traders to circumventing the map. From epic frigate level pvp to privateer in hostile waters. From running gauntlets to get into a port battle to risky missions trying to plant one under the noses of the enemy. Seriously, and this is shared by decades long computer and tabletop gamer, what the hell is grinding ? In Naval Action I, and many other players, can play a captain of a ship and decide what to do during the two hours available for playing. There are no obligations. There are no forced paths or mandatory voyages. Actually the best thing is that no rank nor ship will even give anyone the tools and skill necessary to triumph. Also in a Alpha Revision state as we have, the combat is everything. In Naval PvP there is no grind, only Action. I am very sorry for you OP, you completely missed the entire reason for the existence of Naval Action. I suggest you step back for a year and then return.
  14. 4 basic ( make it 3 ) ships the NPC shop with a proper tag and in coordination are enough. No need for specific outfits. That is just a nice bonus to have.
  15. Yes. Multiplayer coordination in a multiplayer game, in whatever scenario, by Neptune's Beard we have our headin' !!!!
  16. When something like the Admiralty gets implemented it makes sense to have rank depreciation based on poor performance ( only ). But this idea is simply not constructive enough.
  17. From hotfixes to lexicon ping pong. Gotta'loooove some of the threads I bought a product. I invested time in it. I willingly gave away my cash. I got my investor's revenue share of fun related to the time investment.
  18. Different PvP servers in the future could actually be different theatres. PvP One - Caribbean PvP Two - Mediterranean & Black Sea PvP Three - English Channel, North Sea & Baltic Let's dream huh

  20. Thanks for sharing it. I am PvP-1 so war is constant especially at the peak times and well into the night. Superb fun with small squads roaming around all the time. This sort of information regarding server experiences is very important actually for the Developers - but I think they keep an eye of the data
  21. Go close to the contested areas. You will find fleets between two nation's ports. Oh, and also enemy nation players. Good patch.
  22. Sure thing. And make them actually slightly more aggressive than the placid sheep they are in the OW. Just slightly.
  23. Noted. I like to play the game the other way around. Searching for trouble and get into battles with other players without interference. And yes, we get a lot into uneven fights Yields enough gold to buy ourselves 5 durabilities at the price of 2. Nevermind the XP, we like the privateer/frigate combat. So how to compromise both worlds - you like reinforcement fleets, I dislike them as an interference - in one game ? I agree with you. Bigger AI fleets roaming. Make them powerful. Make them appropriate and dangerous. 25 ships.
