  2. We already got the 16 teams needed for the tournament - first come first serve principle - there will be a next tournament im sure
  3. you're looking at the indefatigables crew, aswell as the merc - it should be: 3500 / 250 = 14 indefatigables (heavy frigates, could have some lighter ones in there) 1100 / 70 = 15 mercs (maybe have some schooners in there )
  4. my opinion: shallow does need change, frigate not necessarily - some lighter frigates are also fun EDIT: Nope neverimnd, I got the maths wrong, shallow is still 15 mercs. Having some schooners in there aswell might be fun
  5. Nice - thank you Could we possibly for the future also be able to choose the displayed rank, depending on the ship we're sailing in open world? I'd love to be called a "Korvetten Kapitän" when sailing a Frigate Rather than a "Konteradmiral"
  6. 4000 for regular deep water ports seems ok. But 12'000 is still 20 1st rates - Something along 7.5k -8k should give good possibilites to spread the BR on different types of lineships
  7. Probably still needs some work but I think we can all agree that a wasa shouldnt be placed at the same BR as a connie / wappen / inger. Also Hermione shouldnt have the same BR as surp. Feel free to suggest changes to the community made list.
  8. Groups are created, main post updated: I would like every participating team to confirm their registration and that they agree with the rules & Community made BR list. Of course you can still suggest changes if you are not 100% happy. Also, please vote in this poll whether or not you want to limit the usage of repairs for each battle of the tournament. Only votes from captains participating in the tournament are valid. DEADLINE for confirming the group and voting on the thread linked above is set to friday, October 27th, 23:59:00 ServerTime. This gives players the possibilty to work on their ships setup and level some skill slots.

  11. Thats not how polls work Im for a merge but with time restrictions. But then this also means that the group of players playing on global enjoying it the way it is will get pissed off because they cant do PBs anymore. So the best solution seems like to make some sort of char. transfer service for those who want and agree on limited times for PBs.

  13. I don't know the exact reason for it but for some reason I have seen lots of players on the open world today. Maybe many are changing their nation and move ships around. But overall this patch seems really nice. Safezone sizes seem more reasonable now (maybe still a little bit too large). Liking the Gambling feature - though I wasn't very lucky with it so far, heh. It also looks like there are some decent RvR forces in creation - a better RvR balance should keep the server alive over time and stop players from leaving due to boredom of either getting stomped or not being able to fight anyone. Tow feature should be okay at 1 ship per day. Just stops the pointless afk-sailing for several hours, but you also cannot spam all your outposts with ships. Got to be careful with the decision. But I still don't like the Wasa at its current form of armor / amarment / speed combo - today a wasa was keeping up with me (Surprise) at Beam Reach. IMHO it needs some severe balancing in both BR and reduction of either armor, speed or firepower.

  19. Why? we got a pretty decent map already, don't really see why you would want topographics - Besides I dont think the islands except for the coasts are even rendered, due to performance issues, but I could be wrong
  20. Is there a list for all new nations ranks?
