Captain (I'm assuming your character name is Cosmotopeia, right?), there could be several reasons of graphics crash: 1) GPU temperature - please check while playing the game gpu temperature with a program like GPU-Z, to make sure GPU does not overheating. If it does, try to turn on FPS limit to 30 FPS in graphics settings 2) GPU overclocking - in case the GPU is overclocked, try to lower GPU and Memory clock speed (Overdrive settings in Radeon Settings tool), turning off CrossfireX feature also might help 3) There were a few cases when turning off FXAA solved the issue

Does it freezes right away on launching TS? There were some cases when players got crashes using TS overlay. The workaround was to turn TS overlay off

This is a known bug related to instance crash.Still, send reports via F11 once it happens again. update: there are no instance crashes recently happened, so this might be another reason, thus reports are needed to investigate (there are 3 recently cases found so far)
