Captains, in case the hold of your ship is overloaded, and you are trying to remove speed penalty by converting fish to fish meat, state of the hold (overloaded/not overloaded) will not change until you throw a piece of something (e.g. 1 unit of fish meat) overboard. Example: Ship is overloaded 220/200 you convert fish to fish meat to reduce the hold to 180/200 OW speed penalty is still on until you delete something from the hold (1 unit of fish meat is enough). The problem will be addressed in one of the next patches.

Captain, could you please completely uninstall the current GPU driver with a program like DDU and make a clean install of the latest driver. Please let us know if the problem is still there.
