Investigation is completed. The players were proven to be alts and were found to be guilty of supporting enemy nations in battle. Verdict: Captain Saddam is banned from game for 2 weeks with full reset of his progress. Captain Sir Sepp Stuart is banned from game for 2 weeks. Captain GriezMann is banned from game for 2 weeks. Please inform everyone that using your account to support enemy nation can result in account XP resets and long or permanent bans

If you used the rest redeemables on old character, they are gone once you deleted that character. You sure you had them in redeemables and did not use on your old Sam flint character?

Captains, PVP-EU and PVE servers were down due to provider internet fault, servers are live at the moment. We are clarifying reasons of the outage with provider. In case you lost a ship due to server issue, please send F11 report with the full description. Sorry for inconveniences. -

Cannot provide exact amount right now but it must be around 50 mb per hour or so. Speed is not that relevant in case you do not load tiny bandwidth with heavy traffic consumption stuff like watching video and playing in the same time. More important is stable connection without packet loss between you and game servers.

Still there is no report by F11 from you. We have got similar reports and investigating it at the moment.

Captain, for network issues please run connection test report tool via Steam Launcher or ping the game by yourself (check this post). Also there is no F11 report from character Chicken Shack.

On screenshot that was attached to the report brace command is active, most likely you accidentally pressed on H button

We are working on eliminate what remains of UI disappearing bugs. At the moment follow the workaround with relog or re-enter a port.

Captain, in the report you have sent you have brace command enabled, you sure these symptoms happen without brace command activated?
