Captains, due to hardware issues PVP Global server is still under maintenance. We are clarifying reasons and estimated time until it will be fixed, and will keep you posted. Sorry for inconveniences.

The game does not track what kind of mouse players use - please try to google the problem to find out the solution (e.g. did you check this? more info might be here)

Fleet BR does not matter in OW tag mechanic, it only does in an instance (old feature). After the next patch (most likely but not 100% at the moment) this feature will be gone - in case you can initiate a battle with player from OW, he won't be able to escape from the instance right away.

It was player Surprise vs player Indiaman + Indiaman and Endymion as fleet ships. 140 BR vs 625 BR. Since the ratio was more than 4:1, another player was able to leave the instance right away.

Please make sure to report it via F11 next time it happens. Regarding player random teleportation issue - we have added additional tools to track the issue more deeply, please continue to report such cases via F11.

Please, check the general workaround for connection issues: Also, could you check that google services are available to you. Also, to verify that your ISP is not blocking connection, please try to check with another source of internet (like 4g for example).

Since this was not an outlaw battle, actions by CROWS clan members were against the rules. Under investigation. Update: No signs of alt usage were found initialy and after a long time addtional investigation. -
Unless you do not intentionally sink your alts or vice versa (direct alt abuse) - you can generate hostility on your alts if you do it like other players - sinking NPC or other players. Intentional abuse like sinking a lot of times your own alt or intentional sinking to your friends/clan or tagging alt to hide is forbidden.

Regarding damage - this is not a bug, all crew was killed. Perhaps brace would help. Regarding insta port issue - were there other active ships? Once there are no active ships the instance is shut down.
