I can only count player account on War Server. Not game owners. Before wipe there were 49587 accounts on WAR server. After wipe we reach only 45785

IMHO, The problem is not in flags. The problem in motivation to organize port battle.

I would like to propose event for WAR Server. Duration of event is 1 day. Frequency no more than twice a month. When an event occurs, all NPC ships disappear from OW. In other words, there are only player ships in OW. Patrol zones are disabled It is advisable to make an announcement about the upcoming event.

If you want to sink this fleet alone, then only ships with a BR over 762 (first rates) can attack 25 Indiamans/ Not sure that these ships will have enough speed. correct me if I wrong
